Wonderful placemats!,

We first saw these at Macy's in early December, and I decided I needed to get them for my husband for Christmas. He loves all blue/white dishes, and we have some Blue Italian besides Blue Willow and some other miscellaneous blue dishes. We also have loved Pimpernel placemats for a long time, and have several sets of them. So when I saw these at Macy's, I decided to see if Amazon had them so I could surprise my husband. I was delighted that they had them, and they delivered them right away. The placemats look wonderful on our cherry table. Right now my husband has the table set with them and their matching coasters, glass plates and glasses, and blue willow table accessories (salt & pepper, butter dish, tea set) and it is a pretty sight. Pimpernel placemats are always high quality in their design and construction, and these are no exception. We also appreciate their heat-blocking qualities. I'm very happy with these!
