It really is difficult to try to describe the beauty of this set - it's breathtaking! The lids all have a soft rubber ring inside that keeps the jars sealed. They are uniformly made and quite roomy inside. That's the practical side of it. I actually gasped when I opened the box! Absolutely charming!

Each has an herb's name on it--Rosemary, Oregano, ... I would have preferred no names. All six jars have the same picture. Still, they are very pretty spice jars and Spode quality. A treat to pull out of the cupboard when cooking!
