The NEW Spode Judaica Round Challah Tray is an elegantly designed serving tray to be used on the Sabbath to serve the Challah bread. The design on the Challah tray is based on historic Judaic manuscripts from the 1880's, influenced by early ceramic tile motifs. The piece features the traditional Judaic colors of blue and white in a transferware design style characteristic of Spode. The dominant motif consists of stylized flowers and vines, interwoven amongst the straight-edged Star of David. Made of Spode imperialware, high quality earthenware, the Challah tray is dishwasher and microwave safe.
