In SpongeBob SquarePants: SuperSponge, players take the role of SpongeBob on a quest to secure the autographs of his heroes, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. This is no simple task: SpongeBob must complete silly errands such as retrieving beauty products from the bottom of the world and fetching Kelp Kandy Bars. SpongeBob even has to borrow a time machine and travel to prehistoric Bikini Bottom to find a shell-bra outfit made of rare clams. Whether he's searching for the ultimate spatula to perfect his Krabby Patty-flipping technique at the Krusty Krab, or just hanging out with his best friend Patrick (an amiable starfish), SpongeBob's good intentions and overzealous nature usually create chaos in his underwater world.

I'm getting quite bored with all these new ...games. What kind of Video-Gamer wants to play games that take months to finish? Most people are buying those kinds of games and fooling themselves thinking they're gamers. I know some of you out there know what I mean. And its good to know that good games are still being created. SpongeBob SquarePants: SuperSponge has the classic old school arcade-like style that a gamer seeks. Simple graphics, simple controls, and simple obstacles. If you like games like Crash Team Racing, Mario Kart 64, Pokemon Stadium, Nicktoons Racing, Street Fighter, and other classical games then Spongebob won't be something you want to miss.

Description: SpongeBob wants to give his friend Patrick Star an autograph from their favorite superheroes Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, for his birthday. Help SpongeBob fulfill the quest to win their autographs.

Great game! Great Title! ... but why is it in 2-D? Well, Playstation and GBA both have 32-Bit graphics and GBA games are usually 2-D so, why would THQ waste their time making it 3-D!

Overall, I LOVE this Game!!! If you are a SpongeBob Squarepants Fan, buy this! You'll absolutely LOVE IT! The idea for it is GREAT! I love interacting with the other characters! I love the Mermaid Man and Barnical Boy episode and this game is based on it.
Buy this game, you'll have a BLAST!

My eight year old daughter and I played it together. We actually were able to complete the game, unlike many we have tried. It is a great game for kids, as it has many short levels to complete and you feel as if you are accomplishing something. My daughter loved it and I enjoyed it as well.
