After testing 5 different thermometers against the old fashioned mercury kind (that are accurate) this is the only digital thermometer I found to be accurate including much more expensive ones. I have two of them now.

I like this item because I can take it with me in my first aid kit. I was only sorry it does'nt make the change to celcius.
