Editorial Reviews

Join Mark Jennings, acclaimed host of "Passport to Adventure" on PBS, as he arrives on the exotic island of Bali, for a whirlwind "Spontaneous Adventure." Mark virtually "flies by the seat of his pants" on this premiere episode, with no reservations, contacts or even an itinerary - it unfolds into an amazing discovery.

Join him for a wild adventure down the Ayun River, a motorbike "dining rendezvous" with japanese tourists, and an elephant safari high in the jungle. You'll connect with a local Balinese family that has survived a challenging ordeal, and visit UluWatu, an ancient outdoor Hindu temple overlooking the turquoise waters and pounding surf. you'll discover the essence of the Balinese people, and the spiritual nature that makes this island so compelling.

Well I am sorry to say that this failed in several ways. The foremost problem was the poor photography and many out of focus segments. They also tried to cover too much in only 26 minutes. This DVD was not very good.
