Great for Audio/ Rehash of Divine Matrix,

This review is from: The Spontaneous Healing of Belief: Shattering the Paradigm of False Limits (4 CD Set) (Audio CD)
If you want audio of forming ideas of matrix field, Intention of healing Remotely and this is the first you heard of it; then this is an excellent review of what is going on with quantum physics. If you desire new material this is not the product for you. It is entirely too much alike to the book the Divine Matrix. He should have made that an audiobook. I was very much impressed with the Divine Matrix but not this.

clear presentation, easy to listen too. even if you have heard or read Gregg Braden before, this is a good discussion of the Laws of our Universe: how they work and how we interact with them.you will want to listen to this many times and share with your friends.

Heart Felt Beliefs The Essense of Creating Reality,

This review is from: The Spontaneous Healing of Belief: Shattering the Paradigm of False Limits (4 CD Set) (Audio CD)
I personally found this CD collection profound and an excellent resource for educating and empowering people. I recently stumbled upon Gregg Braden and find his work very exciting because he bridges gaps and the prejudices of science and religions to formulate how the creative activity of the universe works. Before you think this is new age pablum as a Christian, I read these principles in the teachings of Jesus Christ. Dont believe me read Matt. 21:21, Mark 11:22-24. Its there but it took a scientist to explain the depth of the how of Believing and Seeing. Some run from this thinking and others run from the Bible. Me,I run to the Bible and the LORD who spoke these truths 2000 years ago and further back, back to Genesis we see these principles. This CD set is very informative and layed out in a very convincing way. I was very impressed by how clear and concise Gregg is when speaking and how well educated on these subjects he is. He also is able to walk the bridge of science and spirituality(his definition not mine) and make sense of it all. I think Gregg is the perfect spokesman for this subject because of his passion more than even his education. I learned a lot about a lot of different subjects. One caveat, Gregg continually says the Christian text(Bible)is/was heavily edited and stripped of its information about heart felt beliefs its ability to create. I completely disagree and quoted only a small sample of a far greater depth of scripture that does state and expand on this. I am not sure Gregg has really read the Bible in depth, he seems more comfortable with the gospel of Thomas and other Gnostic texts. I say why? The Truth is in the Bible and powerfully state by Jesus in numerous references. This is my continual question to the author. Otherwise I highly recommend this CD set for its ground breaking content and eloquent passionate reading...GOD bless JB

Fantastic buildup (background material), less than stellar payoff,

This review is from: The Spontaneous Healing of Belief: Shattering the Paradigm of False Limits (4 CD Set) (Audio CD)
One reviewer referred to this CD as "an excellent resource for educating and empowering people." I fully agree that it serves are a rich resource. However, I feel that the title, like too many self-help titles can easy mislead a reader into thinking a clearly articulated process for "shattering the paradigm of false beliefs" is going to be presented. I have now read or listened to three books by Gregg Braden. In general, I think his books present a marvelous set of idea presented in a clear, understandable manner. For most people relatively new to this type of thinking, practically any of his books could be quite eye opening. However, as I have been working with this type of material for years, after reading each Braden book, I have come away with the same feeling: I wish he would be more specific, more prescriptive. In Spontaneous Healing, Mr. Braden suggests that we have to bypass what we currently think and/or believe in order to see a different world in which we can accept a different set of realities. To do this, we must use one or both of two different kinds of correctives or "patches," namely, the "logic patch" and the "miracle patch." These patches address the questions (1) How do we convince our mind of a new idea (logic patch)? (2) How do we convince our hearts to believe in something new (miracle patch)? The big question I consistently I have for Mr. Braden is "How, exactly how do we do what you propose?" While the ideas are good, in both instances, I feel that the actual solutions presented are both simplistic and unoriginal. Logic Patch: We need to see a logical flow of ideas that makes sense to us. A new flow of ideas will lead to a new belief. So what are some effective means of accomplishing this? He presents a theory rather than a process. He presents an idea of what a process might look like, but presents no specific process, as a template for individuals to use, at least as a place to begin each person's journey. Example offered as a change process - breaking the 4 minute record for the mile run. "How did Roger Bannister do it? How did he manage to break the 4 minute mile when it had stood for so long?" (1) Create a goal that is clear and precise (2) The goal must be logically attainable (3) The process of goal attainment should be broken into small increments This sounds merely like Goal Setting 101 - setting clear, measurable goals. The measurement is a set of attainable objectives which, when accomplished, inevitably results in goal attainment. Miracle Patch: The proposal is to imagine having accomplished the goal already. See it as real now rather than anticipate it as a future event. As he states, "And I believe that reality works just his way. I also believe it can happen just this easily." And further, changing reality is "less about making something happen than believing it already has." Is there anything new about either of these "patches?" I do not see it. I feel that, in general there is a great build up to an absent payoff. I was ready to hear something really revolutionary, but did not hear much, certainly nothing I personally could use beyond what I already have tried. I am beginning to consider the possibility that there is no more that CAN be said. I am reminded of the law of attraction folks who have said that creating intensions "works all the time every time" or Christians who strongly believe that God answers prayer. I can personally attest to both intentionality and prayer as being effect - sometimes, but not always, indeed, not even most of the time (I hope your experience is different). So my question is this: What is the disconnect here? What is the missing link that consistently prevents goal attainment and/or miracles from happening? Stated in the opposite way, what is the precise process by which the use of goal setting (regardless what it is called) will ALWAYS or even most of the time result in an altered understanding of a situation. And what is the precise process by which intentionality (or prayer) will ALWAYS result in a belief change (and subsequent miraculous events)? Wishful thinking? Maybe. Bottom line: Gregg Braden does a magnificent job of setting the stage for changing ideas and beliefs. However, if you are looking for a process by which this change can be consistently attained, I do not think you will get it from this book/CD.

The Spontaneous Healing of Belief: Shattering the Paradigm of False Limits (4 CD Set)Your reading this because the teacher has presented himself to you. You asked and the next step is up to you. I have found that the idea has come to my mind and then the information is presented to me. This is confirmation of it's truth and the next step in my learning. As I advance my ideas change and become more refined. We are evolving physicaly and mentally but the choice is yours. Open your mind up to the possibilities and see what can happen.

Gregg Braden, a spiritual genius!,

Outstanding work, really! Have been involved in metaphysics for many decades and am able to appreciate the complexity of Gregg Braden's work expressed in simple and understandable means. He ties together metaphysics, New Age, religion, science, psychology -- and explains quantum physics -- the ability to create using our own energy. I am grateful for this man and his work...

The Spontaneous Healing of Belief: Shattering the Paradigm of False Limits (4 CD Set) as read by the author Gregg Braden was quite compelling.I find it easier at times to listen rather than read. But I do prefer the opportunity of doing both at the same time. Reading and listening together seem to bring the information home in a more realistic way. But then perhaps this is a belief. I would highly recommend the book as well as this audio. Although the information may well be similar to other material in this field, Gregg's presentation is very enlightening.
