I suffered a severe stroke 5 months ago that affected my left side. My physical therapist suggested these disks to help my balance. Within one week my balance improved and the fingers on my left hand even relaxed. I think the disks are great and work all of your body. I would highly recommend them!

Yes, This is a very good pad that can be inflated or deflated to your comfort level. It can go with you any where. It gives you the feel of a ball without the bulkiness of a Big Ball.

I originally ordered this disc to help out with my posture during the work day. I sit on it for about 3 to 4 hours a day, and it seems to be pretty effective.
My disc came quickly, and the vendor was very responsive to additional questions that I had. I'd definitely recommend both the product and the vendor. |
