At first I was really skeptical about buying this product (It took me 3 days to press the order button). After reading reviews and comparing it to other "Ab Belt" products, I decided to give it a try. I have used it once a day for about a week and a half and I can honestly say that I can see results already. Not dramatic results, but subtle results in my midsection that I knew weren't there before I started using the Ab Belt. Along with using the Ab Belt, I have been following a 1200 calorie diet and TRYING to get about 30 minutes of exercise a day. I have found the Ab Belt to be very useful during workouts, but I have also used it while folding clothes, reading in bed, and even sitting in front of the computer. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to get a jump start in forming their midsection.

I Bought this Producy almost 2 months ago , I had a an injury and a sergeory in my back and Cant really do any type of exersise and With Sitting Home with no activity I had Grown a tommy (My First :) ) I have Used this For 2 months now almost on daily bases and i can really see the result , not saying that I am fit 100% but i can say I can See 4 of the 6 Packs clearly after they were Gone forever :(
i know that trying to work out even a lil bit can help a lot but for me I cant

I must say this thing works , I used it on my arms too just for a trail and it was great to , Doesnt built extra muscle but help makes it firm

I was impressed at how fast the belt got to me and it is truely doing what it claims to do. It's just like working out your abs! After just 3 weeks of using the belt, my abs are tightening up and toning up very nicely!!!

I used it for about two months. I must say that it seem to assist the six pack along with me doing working out six days a week. However it will not last long, mine is no longer working.

had 3 c-sections and had nerve damage where I had no feeling in my lower stomache area couldnt do situps because my muscles were damaged and the nerve damage caused pain all the way down my leg when I tried doing situps. Doctor told me I had a main nerve severed in my second c-section which caused the pain. Starting this product, I am on the third week, no more numb feeling in lower stomache area. I am able to do 20 situps a day. I didnt lose any waist size at all and I was exercizing the entire time. But it worked great in getting me started on doing it on my own.

I was very skeptical about ordering this online due to comparisons with other ab belts . I thought the price was an indicator of the product itself but I was very wrong! It actually works and could see and feels tighter abs and my clothes fit so much better. Of course you have to watch your diet and a simple exercise like walking could get you in shape quicker. I also bought the Sport elec butt toner and noticed firmer muscles. I also love the fact that there are no replacement pads to purchase and the gel is inexpensive . Try it you won't be disappointed!

I could not have spent $40 on a better product. It does what it says it does and more. You can actually see the product working if you watch your stomach contract. You can see it, you can feel it, and within first day I could see my stonach literally smaller and more defined. I feel so amazing after doing a workout session and I am still only on power level one! A suggestion would be to do lots of cardio workouts to do the finishing touch of fat burning. If you do not do cardio workouts to burn the excess fat around your mid-section, it will actually look like you are getting a larger stomach because the ab muscles are getting bigger but the fat isn't being burned off!

i've been using it for 2 months and havent noticed any gains. One thing is for certain..its goes through batteries like wild fire...piece of crap.

Ok i did not buy this from amazon but i have the same belt i was comparing what i paid to this price, when i stumbled upon the reviews. The bad reviews being given about it breaking might be right, however the reviews saying it doesn't tone your abs are all wrong. This does not build muscle or strength and it's not suppose to. This is to help tone the muscles you already have. If you have a lot of body fat or you have never worked out a day in your life it isn't going to magically give you great sexy abs. If you have muscular abs already, but cant get them to look cut like a models, this helps you get that cut not size or strength. But i will say it might give you a little bit more core strength and your ab muscles may look a bit bigger, but not much, not enough to stop doing ab workouts. This does exactly what its supposed to, and some people will just not believe it because they don't turn out like the models on TV. Sorry about the spelling, i probably misspelled some words.

lost some inches of my waist and also i began to see my abs like before.....this better than doing sit ups that strains your back..in 2 weeks of use i had my abs back!!!!!!!!!!!!!
