If you are a coach, or even a parent, this book is a good resource. Part of the ASEP Coaching series, the Sport First Aid course covers everything from ingrown toenails and jock itch to cardiac arrest. The reference materials, reference card and descriptions of both typical situations and symptoms, as well as first aid steps are both useful and easy to understand.

The book is in excellent condition and the seller mailed it within a week or so and it got here well on time. I'm happy with my purchase.
