Every day you can review your own personal information and even create your own activity journal. You can sign up for events that can turn your steps into great prizes.

Wear And Walk
Simply attach your SportBrain iStep X to either your belt or waistband, aligning it just outside your knee. Whether you walk around the office, jog in the park, or go grocery shopping, your SportBrain will record all the steps you take.

Plug in the USB cable to your PC/Laptop
Plug one end of the USB cable provided with the package into one of the USB slots on your computer.

Plug in the USB connector to your SportBrain iStep pedometer
First, please make sure that you are connected to the Internet. Then plug the smaller end of the USB cable provided with the package into the mini USB connector at iStep

Upload your data to the SportBrain Web Site
All your data will be sent to your personal SportBrain Web page through the iSync Software automatically after you plug your iStep into a computer that is connected to the Internet.

Now that you´ve uploaded a day´s worth of data it´s time to check out your results! Once logged in you can find out how many steps you took that day and if you reached your daily goal, create graphs and charts, log activities in a daily journal, track weight and other factors, and much more. In addition, we´ll help keep you motivated through our SportBrain Rewards program, where each step you take helps you "earn while you burn!".

I just bought this pedometer today and I already love it. You register it online and set your weight and stride length and it shows you your miles, steps, and calories burned. You plug it into the USB cord attached to your computer and it instantly opens the web page and it is so quick to upload. It charts your whole day, at one point I went to the gym and did the elliptical 1 mile it showed I went one mile and the chart showed the speed I was going 4 miles an hour! I can't say enough good about it!

Sport Brain web site stopped working and pedometer stopped counting steps after few days. Pedometer can be replaced but web site still does not work and one cannot download daily accomplishment. I am returning pedometer and not recommending product.
Actually I would like to give NO STAR if it was possible.
