Sportime oversize ball is used to introduce children to the game of soccer, and is inflatable for kicking, rolling, and bouncing. The ball is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic for durability, and has a washable 100.0% polyester skin for ease of cleaning. PVC is corrosion resistant and lightweight, and has high strength. It resists reactions with acids, gasoline, alcohol, and hydrocarbons. Polyester shrinks at a very low temperature compared to other shrinkable plastics and forms an excellent mechanical barrier that can be used at both high and low temperatures. It is moisture and vapor resistant, and unaffected by oils, greases, and volatile aromatics. The ball measures 40.0”/101.6cm in diameter, and is suitable for elementary and middle school grade levels.
