For some time now, I have been looking for something like this to use when I am on my stair climber. This will hold my .6 Sigg water bottle, cell phone, and ipod. Most importantly, is that it holds my ipod ;-) This will motivate me to utilize the stair climber more often too.
The bag is also great for walking. You can keep your necessities close. Get the bag. Take a walk. Enjoy life to the fullest.

I love this item so much and so did my mother and daughter-in-law so I ordered them one each also. It is so handy to use and it leaves both hands free for shopping in stores or at flea markets. The side pockets hold your cell phone and/or money and credit cards, and the cord holds the water bottle in place.

I purchased this for my daily walks -- with 2 little terriers. It's difficult to find an inexpensive waistpack with a water bottle, so the price is great, and I usually turn it so the water bottle's in the back so it's comfortable.
It serves to hold water, and a few other things -- very few. I play audiobooks on my MP3 player while walking, so I need to take a pair of reading glasses with me so I can see to change chapters, etc. In short, the pockets hold my glasses, some kleenix, and a pair of plastic gloves and 2 small plastic bags in case I need to clean up after the pups. That's about it. The nylon pockets are somewhat flimsy, so you don't want to overstuff the pouches. There's not enough room for dog treats, and I attach my MP3, keys, and training remote to my clothing or the waistband belt. So far, this is the best waistband water carrier I've found pricewise, so I'm happy to have it. If the pouches were just a little larger, I'd have given it 5 stars.
