Great textboook - great condition and arrived promptly. May keep this book for my own personal review. Learning a lot from class and this book. You really are what you eat! Learned things like: 12 T. of sugar in 1 can of regular Coke--not a help in the nutrition range and no help with keeping a good weight range.

This item came much earlier than expected, and it was in 99% new condition for a new book... One of the corners were a bit bent from shrink wraping, but the book is as good as new. The best thing was the shipping. I selected 5-9 business days, i ordered it on a Monday, and got it by Thursday!
