3.0 out of 5 stars Bo Knows Sports, September 9, 2010
This review is from: Sports Great Bo Jackson (Sports Great Books) (Library Binding)
This biography is about a man named Bo Jackson that played college football and baseball. He played sports all of his life. He was accepted at Auburn University to play football and baseball. He chose to play college football and baseball rather than play MLB baseball for the Yankees.

Bo Jackson was tough, fast, big, and strong. His senior year of college was his best year ever. During his last game another player smashed into his ribs and broke them in three places. No one thought they would see Bo play again that day. They were in for a suprise. Bo Jackson came back in the 3rd quarter to gain 134 yards that day with broken ribs!

After that game, he had a choice. He could play for the Raiders in football or play for the Royals in baseball. Which one did he choose? To find out, read the book.

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Sports Great Bo Jackson (Sports Great Books) (Library Binding)
Bo was born and raised on Alabama. He always got into trouble when he was a kid, like stealing bikes, breaking windows, bullying, etc. He always loved sports, doesn't matter what it is he will play it. He started to run track when He was fourteen, when his coach saw him raising one of his track members and beat him. He was a natural runner. He was starting running back in Auburn and starting out fielder in baseball.
