Fenway 100 years was recommended by a Sox Fan to me for my son also a Sox fan... Now this was a hard book for me to purchase for my son, considering that I happen to be a Yanks Fan.... We do have great fun every year with both teams , keeping up with them, this year is somewhat different with Tito and Epstien both gone... They were the face of the Sox, 2 WS rings, in 5 years , the first one in 2004 how big was that, een Yankee fans had to cheer !!! Made the AL East better to watch because of that.. O& another WS Ring, WOW !!!

So my son was more than elated to receive the Fenway Book.. the perfect Father's Day surprise for him and me alike... Thanks, The book was vertually brand new..
Great seller.. Jim Inhelder

As a young man growing up in Western Massachusetts, I used to hitch hike the 100 miles to Boston to watch an occasional day game at Fenway Park. Ted Williams was still in his prime right after WWII. I particularly enjoyed the photos showing changes in the seating at the ball park, particularly where the press box is behind home plate.
The book brings back many happy memories. TV wasn't yet commercial, and radio wasn't really that old, so baseball was truly our childhood pastime. Everybody listened to Red Sox games. Curt Gowdy was one of the play-by-play broadcasters.

Packaging and shipping were superb as usual. The item is awesome. The pictures are fantastic, and after all these years of going to hundreds of games, I can still learn a few things I didn't know! Well worth the investment!

A great illustrated anthology for any Red Sox fan. I found the pictures and written word to be very informative. And it is also a book you could keep out on a coffee table. A great way to look back at the great Fenway Park.

we ordered this book for our grandson's 2012 Christmas. We had looked at it and my husband and I both knew that our grandson would really like it. Unfortunately he didn't receive it because Superstorm Sandy destroyed it.

this was a gift to a Red Sox fan. I went thru the book first and was impressed. The recipient was also impressed and said she couldn't wait to share it with fellow Sox fans in her neighborhood of East Boston.

This was for my husband who grew up with the ball park and enjoyed it
very much. The size of the book was unexpected, so will find a place
to store it.
