I searched all over the web for my golf ball display and amazon by far had the best product as well as the best price without those hidden costs for tax shipping ...
Upon receipt of my item iI noticed a small bit of damage to my item, I called the costomer service number provided and spoke to a person on the phone (not a machine) but a person. I told the person about the damage and asked do I have to wrap it up and ship it back (a big pain) to get a replacement? I was informed I did not have to bother resending the damaged one and a new one would be sent out in 2 days. Two days later my new un-damaged one arived. OUTSTANDING service, I have since used amazon one other time and wil do so many more times in the future. Buster Stancil (Hawaii)

When I read the reviews before making my purchase, I was hesitate because I heard some people had flaws in their wood work, but I decided to go ahead and make the purchase since it seemed like customer service was good if there would be any flaws. I got my product WAY before the shipment date even said. It arrived within 4 days after I purchased it. I opened it up, and it was so much bigger than I thought, great wood. No flaws at all! I am very satisfied with it and do plan on ordering another one once I get this case filled up.
The only thing I thought was a pain, was putting in the tee stands for the golf balls to stand on. My fingers were sore after pushing all of them in. I'm so happy in the decision I made!!

Nice product. Does have a flaw in the wood but it's not very noticable. Would order another once this one is full.

I bought this as a gift for my brother the golfer and when he opened it, he loved it. It did arrive with a couple of scratches but other than that its a real nice looking piece.

Great product, perfect size and nice colors; not so happy about the acrylic window would rather prefer a glass one.

My new golf ball display case arrived in time for Christmas... that was the good news. The bad news was it didn't look very good when I took all the wrapping paper off. For starters, the acrylic plastic door that protects the balls had numerous scratches in it - one that ran the entire length right down the middle. The wood frame looked good from a distance but upon closer inspection it also had numerous scratches/blemishes. Finally, the case came with 63 wood tees that the balls sit on. Approx. 10 tees were too flimsy to actually hold a golf ball. I ended up having to use a glue gun to secure the tees enough to hold the balls. The case is now hanging up in my office... thankfully in a dark corner so you can't see most of the blemishes. This is definately 'a case' where you get what you pay for... the case cost much less than I have paid in the past for display cases... now I know why! I have sent the company 2 emails to express my concerns... but have not yet received a response back from them.

Cabinet arrived with no damage and is very nice but I think they might be missing the tees to other cabinets because I had 25 bags of tees with mine just about 24 more bags than I needed

This golf ball display case is the perfect size for a collector of golf balls and the acrylic door make for a much more secure hang on the wall because is it much lighter than the glass ones. The only problem I had was the condition the box was in upon delivery. There were holes and rips in the cardboard all over and this was an outside box, the inside "original box" was messed up too, causing a few knicks to the wood on the case. I was going to send it back, but decided to keep it with the knicks thinking, I don't have to worry so much about it - it already has knicks in it. But, those gone - it's a beautiful golf ball display case - and nobody notices the knicks - except me! I would recommend this product to anyone.

I had to return the first cabinet I received because it had over 10 gashes in the wood; it looked terrible. The replacement they sent me was a little better, but still had some scratches on the wood plus lots of scratches on the plexi-glass. They said they couldn't send me another one because the problem is more widespread than they originally realized.

This display cabinet is a great gift idea! At first I was a little concerned on the quality, because the price was so cheap compared to similiar cabinets. The cabinet arrived very quickly and in great condition. I can't wait until to Christmas to see this one upwrapped.
