We ordered a SIM card directly from Spot Mobile. The package was misplaced by UPS: UPS claimed they delivered but in fact they haven't. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. I would say that it ranks as one of the worst, if not the worst, customer service experience I've had. Based on that alone, I would advise not to buy anything from them. Their tactics are dirty, they're absolutely rude and difficult, and signing up with them will set you up for misery. Besides, other companies offer deals just as good if not better, so there's no reason to go with them. Would certainly not recommend them.
