Remixes of popular songs can be described with opposing choices: the typical and or atypical...the routine or the exceptional.The ones on this download fit the norm, featuring extended intros/outros, electronically enhanced vocals, and throbbing basslines. Most remixes add another dynamic to the original, many times improving on their predecessor. Unfortunately, only one of these "reworkings" can hold a candle to the original. With the exception of the "Quenton Harris Dark Collage Club Mix," the rest are tolerable but nothing to "shed the spotlight" on...or open the wallet. |
