Forget everything you've heard about Spout sounding like all these other bands, when it comes to Originality,Spout's got it! from the start,Dead or Dying ( one of my favs!) kicks this cd into gear and you find yourself wishing you were standing front row at one of their shows.Stay-C Hogan,Brandon Barrington,Chad Jones & Jason Hamilton are the guys that leave you wanting MORE! Last night is one of those songs that you everytime you hear it you just wanna CRANK THE RADIO UP! THrew My Angel Away is truely what makes this band great, a semi rock ballad that kicks it up a notch in jst the right places. Amazing Disgrace,from the 20 second Bass solo til the end of the song, you're taken in by this song and shown a brillant side of the songwriter's geniusThese guys have done it all with their debut album, and no matter what kind of Rock you like, Spout is something that definately needs to find it's way into your music collection!

SPOUT is absolutely amazing! Their songs have depth, meaning and sound nothing like any rock band I've ever heard. I highly recommend to everyone picking up this album (especially if you are a true rock fan).

I just bought this CD after owning their first two promos, and this CD kicks a**!! It hasn't left my CD player since I got it. The entire CD is great, but truthfully, the studio recordings don't even do this band justice. The high energy and explosive talent of Spout must be experienced live. So buy the CD, learn the songs, then go to a Spout show. Spout Rocks!!

Dudes and dudettes, let me tell you that Spout is the most rockingest rock band on the whole rocking planet! They rock. I know some of the dudes in the band, and they're supercool rocking dudes. They wear cool t-shirts and rock hard! If they would let me, I'd quit my job and go on tour with them to be a roadie. We'd travel to lots of rocking places like Jackson, MS and Paducah, KY and we'd rock the heartland together just eating in dives and keeping the music rocking and real bruthas and sistas. Seriously, I can't tell you how much these guys rock. And take my word for it, because Big Red knows how to rock! Rock on Spout! \../

I've been a fan of Spout since I first heard the song "Push Me Away" in 2000. From there, the music has only gone uphill, which they have proved to me once again with their debut album. Spout is a band of four multi-talented musicians that prove to you both live, if you've ever had the pleasure of seeing them perform, and on their album that rock hasn't died.

This CD has the perfect mix of heavy rock out songs and ballads, with songs that fit immaculately in between. Spout will not fail to surprise and satisfy you with every track. With a song to fit every mood, it is a pleasing taste to what music today should be.

This is the album to buy if you have lost faith in today's music. This album will restore your faith in rock and roll.

Spout is an excellent act that I was fortunate enough to catch at what was unfortunately a poorly attended show here in Memphis. Their live act impressed me enough to buy their album, and I was even more impressed after hearing it - the live performance has all the musical prowess of the album, and the record captures the intensity of their stage show. Spout matches intensity of feeling with musical ability and lyrical quality. The songs are far more clever, mature, and hook-driven without being repetitive, than one has any right to expect from such a young band. I was lucky enough to chat with the band just briefly after the show, and in addition to being a tight band with original, intelligent, and emotionally powerful music, they are all really personable guys, and wonderfully attentive to their fans and supporters, whose ranks you should join immediately by purchasing this album.

The coolest part about Spout's CD is that even if you have never heard of this band, it's a safe CD to buy because no matter what kind of rock you're into, this is what you want. I guarantee it's good, and thousands of people in Nashville agree!!!

This album is by far the best I have bought this year. Often times I buy an album after seeing a band, and the production of the album doesn't live up to the live performance, or vice versa. This is NOT the case with SPOUT. Stay-C Hogan (lead singer and producer) did an incredible job with this album, and it blows me away every time I listen. You might already have the advance promo CD, but it's NOTHING compared to the mastering on the actual album. You need this CD... for the remastered tracks that you know and love (She Makes Love, In A Drama, Amazing Disgrace) and for the newest Spout material (Do It Again, The Girl That Everybody's Had, Last Night, etc)! The album art is particularly cool, and if you've been to a Spout show you can probably find yourself in the collage of pictures in the liner notes. VERY cool.
