I love this pretreatment. I use it as a last resort. It is very powerful and you have to be careful. The item needs to go into the water immediately. It may even be a good idea to check it on an inside seam just to be sure. Unfortunately it is very hard to find.

I absolutely love this product and rave about it to the other moms. I received some hand-me down clothes from my sister's girls and some of them had stains from 5 years ago. After treating with other products and washing several times, I almost gave up on getting any of them out. Never dreaming that anything would work, I put the spray n' wash dual power on them (didn't follow the directions and let them sit for a few hours) and after they were washed, EVERY single stain came out of the clothing. I was blown away. You don't usually call people to tell them about stains coming out of clothing but that's exactly what I did. I will definitely continue to buy this online - I really hope it comes back to the stores.

I absolutely cannot do without this product. I cannot buy it in any local stores any more and when I contacted the company, I was told that they just decided not to carry it in some markets. Maybe they had a lot of complaints from people who did not follow the directions and wash within 5 minutes of applying. As long as you follow the directions, it is the BEST stain remover on the market. Well, as long as I can't get it at the store, I will get it here at Amazon.
