I have a battered CD of Operation Mindcrime from when it was originally released in 1988. I have kept that CD through three breakups, three moves and countless changes of underwear. Potent, searing and unforgettable, this concept album is one that sticks with you and one that I find myself drawn to again and again. I have recently been buying the remastered versions and the best way to describe them is audio art. Every breath and nuance comes to life in these new versions and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
