We have been happy with everything except the Dolphin Explorer Boat set. The Explorer Boat piece fills with water and sinks. When this fills up with water, you have to tip it to the side and let it drain out. There is no way to open it to really clean it out, so you end up with dirty bath water inside the toy. We were worried that mold could form inside the toy and we did not feel that this was very sanitary.
When I called the company's customer support line, I was told that this is normal, they suggested putting it in the dishwasher or give the toy a bleach bath if I wanted to clean/sanitize it. The customer service representative told me that I could return it to the within 30 days for reimbursement as it has a 30 day warranty. Unfortunately, we purchased the toy months ago for our son and only recently gave it to him.
I have tried to contact customer service again to see if they could give me a credit towards something else, but I have not heard back from them yet.
While I like that the product is made out of recycled materials, it's pretty silly to source the trash in the USA, ship it to China, and then ship it back as a toy. I prefer "Green Toys" which sources the trash here AND manufacturers it in the USA.

This toy is cute but it has three strikes against it: 1. It comes apart easily. The ladder and gate quickly came off and were misplaced by my son. 2. Read morePublished 5 months ago by Melissa Davis
This boat was advertised as originating in Canada. Boat received was made in CHINA. I feel ripped off and duped. I make a point to never buy a product made China. Read morePublished 17 months ago by Bill
The bow rail, and ladder pull off easily. It takes seconds to pull them off and minutes to reattach them. Maybe I can glue them in. Not sure why Sprig did not. Read morePublished on December 23, 2013 by Scott McDonald
Very disappointing great looking boat sank on first voyage. The dolphins swim insides down and sink fairly quickly. Sprig get it together.Published on May 13, 2013 by Sarah Nielsen
This boat doesn't float. It is really frustrating to purchase a bath toy that sinks, especially when it is a boat. Read morePublished on April 22, 2013 by Kimberly V.

While my 2 year old enjoys playing with it...he and I do get frustrated and how quickly it gets waterlogged and sinks. Wouldn't buy it again.Published on February 22, 2013 by Penny
My two year old son loves his new boat. He got it for Christmas and loves boats. It is a well made toy too.Published on January 11, 2013 by N. Atwood
