We loved snapping this toy together, and our daughter loves playing with the cute character, the rakes, shovels, etc. Very clever design, eco-friendly, and paint free....WE LOVE SPRIG!

The Sand Truck provides lots of entertainment inside and out in the sand box for our kids. The bugs are cute attractive characters and the multiple play pieces of the truck keep the kids entertained. Haven't run out of fun with this truck yet.

We generally love Sprig toys but were disappointed with this. The concept is great and snapping it together was fun, but one bottom piece would never stay on properly (the piece that goes between the two axels). Also, the colors are off - the frame of the truck was a dirty gray color (as opposed to a nice brown in the pics here) and the rake and bucket were a weird green/brown (as opposed to the cheery yellow). Also, the figure is actually in 2 pieces and the white face/wings piece kept falling out of the hole where it attached to the rest of the body. I don't mind that it comes out, but wish it would have stayed in much better. We would have glued it if we kept it but instead returned it because we were simply not satisfied. It's also a bit on the small side, but I guess not too small for the price and for little hands. I would say the ideal age for this is 4-6 but wish the colors were better and the pieces fit together and stayed together better. We'll definitely keep buying/using Sprig products but probably not these in the "Hollow" series.
