Spring Duck - Luxury Rubber Duck by Bud

I loved the look of this rubber ducky so I bought it for my toddler grandson. When I was visiting a couple of weeks ago and went to give him a bath, I was sad to see this duck doesn't float upright. "Stupid duck," we agreed. Looks great, though.

This is a beautiful duck. And, the quality of the decorations are excellent.

But, FYI, it is a "squirter" type duck.
That is to say it is not sealed, (and weighted,) like good yellow duckies. So water can enter the interior of the duck and be squirted out. Also, unlike good yellow duckies, this duck does not self-right it self, it can float sideways. If this feature was disclosed and/or what I wanted, a fifth star would be given.

It looks so cute in my bathroom and my daughter I am sure will have lots of fun playing with it when she gets a little older. It is so nice to see such a posh rubber duck, so different than the regular yellow one. Will order more from BUD in the future.

Another great addition for any rubber duck collector! Will brighten up the area for Springtime. Nice size, comes with a beautiful gift box, ready for wrapping.

this was listed under banks so I assumed it was a bank and not a bath toy. I think it should be labeled as a bath toy. i gave it as a shower gift anyway because it was to late to get anything else. I had to buy other things to go with it becauxe it is a kind of cheap looking gift. I would not recommend it unless some one is looking for a bath toy

I got this for my 15 month old daughter for easter and she loved to play with it in the bath tub.
