The order arrived promptly from the seller with no hassles. Taking Bee pollen for hot flashes seems to help ease the severity when HRT cannot be taken by heart patients. I notice the flashes are less frequent and not as severe personally and enabled sleeping better at night without the sweating and discomfort. I read about Bee pollen in Dr. Gott's newspaper column by a woman that swore it totally eliminated her hot flashes, so am hoping for the same results. But, like everything else, drugs, etc. have different reactions among people. But, it is worth the try and not that costly either. My only thought is that I wished it worked faster and eliminated the problem completely and quickly, but it has only been three weeks. Bottom line-it does help me.
