I use Chromium Picolinate 500 mg, for Weight Loss and must say it really helps. I don't crave for alot of junk food and it has boost my metabolism, also I notice a difference in my energy when I work out. I notice that my body is maintaining better muscle mass, and that is increasing my weight loss. I am glad to avoid alot of junk food, now I can focus more on the Healthy Carbohydrates that helps to boost my energy. I have notice a quick change in my body and toning of my muscles. This is a great softgel to use when trying to loss weight, it really helps. This has helped me to increase my weight loss...I love this vitamin.....
