I have been taking this product for about a month, I would have to say that it really does give you energy and supresses your appetite. I did not have any side effects, the only thing that I can say that I experienced is lots of energy and no hunger. I had to actually force myself to eat in order to continue my diet regimens. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

So I started using this about a week ago, and I can already see how much it really works. I would snack all the time, and crave them like crazy if I didn't. Now I hardly EVER snack. And I never crave anything really. Now it's not phentermine, so don't go provoking yourself by cooking something really good, and then hoping to not want it. But it gets the job done. I love it, and will continue to use it!

I'm a college student... found myself gaining 20 pounds over the past 2 years... and I'm determined to scale back.

I love eating and needed something to help me contain my cravings and keep my meals smaller and more satisfying.

This product works and in the 2nd week I starting feeling tangible results. (saved alot of money on food as well)

I strongly advise that you give it a try for an entire 90 period... accompanied with exercise... and you will better and your diet will naturally shift for the better.

This is only my second day taking this, but it's amazing... I have no cravings to snack what so ever. Even if I get bored and start thinking about what to do, I don't go looking in the fridge. Being a stay at home mom, this is perfect. I've tried two versions of Xenadrine, a couple different types of Hoodia, and they do nothing for appetite suppressant what so ever. All they really do is give you an energy boost that last all day long. I will repost in a couple weeks as far as weight loss since it's only day two, but until then I plan to keep taking it and buy more. It's definitely worth trying.

For the price you really can't beat it, plus every 2 caps has 25 mg of hoodia. It provides a nice energy boost that is not too strong in my opinion.

This is a good product. I take about 2 capsules a day. One in the morning with breakfast and another with lunch. I don't think it helps curb my appetite though.
