I have found this product to live up to what it can do and more.. My family calls them "Mom's Happy Pills." They are so worth trying. When I was having "Hot Flashes" & "Night Sweats", I actually would put a fan in the window to blow into the room. Now mind you , I know that doesn't sound too bad, right? The thing is this was in the middle of winter with snow on the ground! Happy to say, I now no longer freeze my dear husband out of the bedroom. Give the product a try.

I bought this last year for my menopausal symptoms. After about two weeks I noticed that my hot flushes and nightsweats remarkably decreased. My sleep got better since the night sweats were decreased. Then I got comfortable with the fact that I was sleeping better so I thought it was time to stop taking it. I've been out of it for a while and I've been experiencing serious sleeplessness due to nightsweats again. So I bought another brand of black cohosh which was cheaper but it didn't work as well as this brand, Spring Valley. So I am going to purchase this one again because I think the quality is really good and I know IT WORKS!!! I won't ever settle for another brand again.

I am not even half way through the package and I've already noticed a considerable improvement in my mood which lasts all day long. A bit about me: I have battled depression my entire life, I have had chronic insomnia for years and can't unwind or relax at night. I also have tinnitus and find it difficult to get to sleep. Shortly after taking the nighttime formula I get that great 'sinking into a deep sleep' feeling. I can't keep my eyes open, I feel exhausted and it feels great. I wake up cheerful and energetic. I'm not grouchy and moody all the time anymore either....and ladies....I'm not even menopausal yet. Don't wait. This product is amazing. I don't take anti-depressants and I don't take my prescription sleeping pills anymore either.

Menopause Suppliment
Great stuff. The nighttime pill is wonderful in controlling night sweats. However, the shipping from this company is way to high.
