This is a vitamin my son and I both take on a regular basis per doctor's orders. I was very pleased to find the 5000 IU softgels, it is so much easier to take than 5 or 10 of the 1000 IU tablets. All of our shipments from Amazon have arrived on time and well packed. I will continue to order vitamin D-3 from Amazon.
