I am so glad that I found this item on amazon.com; I have Diabetes so my energy level is lessened and my Doctor recommended that I take a B - 12 mcg of 1000 or greater. So I looked for price, quantity, and value. And I found it here, I did the research and this is the best product I have found to date so I thank the seller for offering this product at the price and value it is and I will keep buying it as long as it is offered.

My MD prescribed these to me to help increase my reduced B-12 count. She thought that the low B-12 count is what is causing my monthly migraines. I haven't noticed a tremendous change in my energy levels, nor have my headaches been reduced. Of course, this could be due to some other, untreated medical cause. I would definitely advise people to look for sublingual B-12, as I have heard that that is much more effective than these pills.
