As far as the realistic look and feel of airsoft guns go, this is by far one of the best I've purchased. For the sake of other shoppers who are interested in the realism of the gun, let me say that for the price it is selling at, the gun is an excellent value.

The slide moves, the breech opens the clip comes out, the empty magazine slide-lock works, safety grip works, hammer works, the gun can be disassembled partially. The barrel piece at the front comes out like a real gun, but the spring does not come out. And the center pin comes out like it should, requiring you to pull the slide back a proper distance.

The shooting is fairly strong, but I personally had an issue where only a small percentage of my shots would work. I soon realized that the issue was that the barrel or the area where the BB sits before firing was too tight, and the BB would not exit the barrel. That may just be a unique defect for my gun, but I'm reporting it anyway.

Well, I got this gun 3 or 4 days before the delivery date, which is awesome. And the gun itself is nice, works great, realistic feel to it. Shoots pretty fast and hard, it just curves almost instantly. And the safety which you trigger when you grip the gun, doesn't really work, maybe thats just on my gun. But overall for $20 this gun is totally worth it, and I would recommend it.

I was not sent the correct item, it did not function as the description described. The gun is not the YT385 as shown on the box & from other customers, it is a G.13. They probably ran out of stock and just decides to send a "piece of crap" it does nothing as stated in the description. I will never do business with this company again as long as I live.

The G.13 is an $9 gun... They basically just stole my money... I paid a little over $19 excluding shipping & handling... $25+ with s&h

I was probably sent the wrong one by store who probably ran out of stock. the box was marked G.13 unlike the one in the photo which showed the model number as YT385. The only parts work are the slide and the magazine release (of course, the release should work!)Hammer and safety don't work like it said they do. I'm very, very disappointed.

Being a huge hug m1911 fan it was a must buy. It came in the mail 4 days early so that was a huge plus as well.The gun has a hefty weight to it and a nice feel.

But like all things nothing is perfect. On the cock slide there were a bit of extra plastic from the molding and the bbs are never to be used. You must buy a pack of bbs (Which are like $2 for a pack of 1000 here on Amazon anyways). The bbs had way to many imperfections and I will guarantee it will jam your barrel, that's probably why most reviews from what I read, the gun stopped working for them.

So all in all, I believe this was worth the purchase especially at $20 just 1 or 2 minor cosmetic defects. I absolutely love this gun

This is an outstanding replica of the M1911A1: the weight, feel, and look of it are awesome. Fits perfectly in a WWII leather holster for the 45 and is perfect for display purposes where a real firearm is unsafe to leave on display.

I got this gun about 2 days before delivery witch is cool but more importantly the gun is great. It's mostly metal except for the clip and looks beautiful. The mag release and safety are flawless and exactly identical as the real colt. The slide also locks back when your out of bbs (super cool and realistic) or on command if you want to. Overall I highly Recomend this gun because it's affordable, powerful, great looking, and realistic.

Excellent pistol. I had a small problem at first with the weight of the magazine. They have a pretty heavy weight inside the mag to help give it some heft. I had problems with it falling out of the gun from being to heavy. There's two small pins on the bottom of the mag that can be removed easily. I pushed the pins out and took apart the magazine and removed the weight bar piece and reassembled. Much better!! Really works great. Shoots good-accurate-open ejection port-lockable slide. Magazine holds 13 and mine will lock open the slide when mag is empty. This wasn't mentioned in the description and should be. Lots of people seem to be looking for this feature. I saw bad reviews for this pistol and took a chance anyway-turned out great. Good price-built well-shoots great. I'm very happy with it, gonna get a couple more!! Hope this helps.

the magazine release is loose and the magazine falls out some times. my brother adjusted it and it worked better for a while but then went back to not working.
It may be that this one is just defective.
besides that it works well.

The slide was not well cast and was uneven on the surface. Going to sand the finish down and repaint.

The same day of receiving it, when pulling and releasing the slide, the slide came forward too hard and too far forward and pieces of the back broke off where it connected with the lower frame. Slide appears to be plastic. It still works, but definitely not durable.
