5.0 out of 5 stars No heel slip on narrow feet
I use this shoe on both elliptical trainer and in step class. The cushioning in the ball of the foot is good. They seem to run a little long, I had to get 1/2 size smaller than my other exercise shoes. The width seems normal. I have narrow feet and most shoes slip on my heels, but these do not slip at all. They also accommodate my "Good Feet" orthotics. But I still...

3.0 out of 5 stars Satisfactory or good, not great
This dorsi technology is new. I thought I'd try it out, being a personal trainer so my clients would know. I've had the shoe a month or so, and it's not anything spectacular. If anything, my shins get a little sore, but that's ok. I think. The shoe does not perform better than other shoes, but they fit well, and have lasted well.

My legs were definitely more tired after exercising for the first few days. They are now my preferred exercise shoe.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great shoes for exercise, January 10, 2010

I had foot pain problems when doing aerobics - even with aerobics shoes. No pain with these, and they are comfortable for just walking around in too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Helpful shoe for problematic feet, October 30, 2009

After buying a white pair of these shoes, I bought a second pair I liked them so well. They really support your feet & arches thus helping my plantar fascitis. I didn't buy them for their looks, which I don't care for, with the funky gold squiggles on shiny leather.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fixed my Plantar Fasciitis - But didn't hold up!, February 25, 2011

If you have Plantar Fasciitis, these are the shoes for you! However, my particular pair of shoes, (black with gold) didn't stay together. The rubber started to tear and my husband had to glue them back together.

Would I still buy them again? YOU BET!!! That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. I love these shoes. I really do. I was just trying to figure out how to keep them together. I didn't want to start searching for another pair of shoes.

So, had to glue them a bit, so what? My feet don't hurt anymore and I can wear these all day with no problems.

Thank you Springboost... I'll be back for another when the time is right!

I ordered two pairs of the springboost training shoes. One pair is white with the silver trim and the other black with the gold. The white pair are really small and barely fit, the black pair fits wonderfully. I order on purpose a half size bigger to make sure they would be comfortable. I don't know what is going on here but something is a miss. Both shoes have exactly the same shoe size tags but the white pair looks smaller.

I was having major plantar fascitis, and headed to Florida to Universal Studios for 3 days! I was dreading the pain and the walking. My niece, a massage/physical therapist, recommended negative heel pressure shoes, after working on my foot/leg for a bit. It was the best advice I've ever had!!! As far as I know, Spirit and Earth shoes are the only companies that make negative heel pressure shoes! Earth shoes I'm afraid would be too narrow for me, so I tried the spirits. It is actually DELIGHTFUL to walk in these shoes!! It was a RELIEF - actually therapeutic for me to wear these shoes. They fit true to size, and are the most comrfortable shoes I've EVER had!! I wish they made more dressy ones for work! Do not hesitate to order these shoes!!
