The authors are well known for the quality of their work, so this one makes no surprise : a vast sum of knowledge brilliantly presented.

The surprise rather came from the delay. It took more than two months for Amazon to inform me that the paperback version I'd ordered first was unavailable after all and suggest to order a hard cover copy!

All in all, 3 months elapsed since my initiating the purchase process and getting the book finally delivered.
