Really small and chinzy,

Did the other 5 star reviewer actually see the product? These are tiny rectangles of fly paper that have holes on each end so you can put the (included) toothpick through it and stick it in your plant pot. I found them to be small and useless. The package could fit about 10 times or more of the contents it comes with. Disappointing - useless...

kind of works,
This review is from: Springstar BioCare Gnat Stix S5333 (Lawn & Patio)
The product only partially works for gnats. The bugs are not really drawn to the sticky pad itself, but they do buzz around alot and if you put them in places where the bugs congregate you do catch quite a few this is certainly not a solution, but does reduce their number a bit.

They changed these and now they are so flimsy!,

They just changed this product and now it is so much harder to use. The strips bend so do not adhere to the wooden sticks. I was pleased with the product before but now I just feel jipped.

Works well,

My office has an infestation of fungus gnats (little fruit fly-like bugs) that have been driving us crazy. I bought these sticky traps to manage the infestation and they seem to work quite well. They haven't disappeared, but they're totally bearable now.

Neem oil soil drench,
By Lynnie the Clean Queen (Tahoe National Forest) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Springstar BioCare Gnat Stix S5333 (Lawn & Patio)
Fungus gnats live on fungus in the soil and on rotting plant root material. Therefore plants with this insect are probably being overwatered. Ordinary neem oil can be used as a soil drench at the rate of 1 tsp. per quart; shake well. This is a lot easier and doesn't show.

Sticky sheets were hard to handle--they stuck together and the glue gets on your fingers.Didn't like the narrow long size--had trouble cutting them. Still, they work OK.

No More Gnats or Fruit Flies,

This is a very good product (formerly labeled "Bugstix") that is essential to the homeowner who has indoor plants that attract/nurture annoying gnats & other flying beasties. While the lack of the second, lower perforated hole for mounting on the provided sticks is to be bemoaned, the product's adhesive actually appears to be improved over the earlier version. All in all, a good buy.

Dont waste your money on this product. Followed directions and placed product in multiple locations. They have been in place for 5 days and not attracted one gnat, in fact the gnats can be seen flying around them. Absolutely a waste of money

This is a great product. I have been battling fungus gnats for months now around my house plants, slaying dozens of them by hand, but I grew sick of that. When I found this product I was willing to give anything a try, since short of throwing out my plants nothing was working. I put one stake into my plants as soon as the order arrived, and within less than 24 hours it had already trapped a dozen critters. I just hope that they all fly into this sticky trap before they can lay any more eggs. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is battling stupid, annoying gnats.

The product is ok, but it did not get rid of ALL the gnats. We still have a few.
