hello good afternoon, before buying the phone asks you several times if it was GSM and you said yes, it now send me a CDMA, and here in Venezuela does not serve to place the line, unfortunately I lost my money. Nuy'm disappointed for the purchase, trust what they told me it was a GSM.

When I got the blackberry and went to Sprint to activate it, they said it was already active meaning it's a bad DEC therefore you cant use it.

The screen colors are bright and sharp.
Make sure to apply a screen protector when you get the phone. The screen scratches very easily.
ZAGG's invisibleSHIELD is pretty good.

The review said that the product was almost brand new. When I got the product, the seller did not take their number off of the phone so I went through three hours of clearing the phone out with the Sprint representative. Not even a few days later I found out the battery does not last, it will go from a fully charged phone to a dead phone in five minutes. I definitely would have liked to know this before I bought a $70 phone that was worth $20. When it said factory sealed, it was not, it was simply wrapped in some bubble wrap.

This product was offered with GSM technology and is a lie, then sends a different product with CDMA technology, this is a problem

I tried two phones before this one. Two LG phones. And just had no luck. Even with this one, it was difficult to set up. But I persevered, and found information online that said to take the battery out for 30 seconds, and that would make it reboot. It worked. I was having really bad reception and dropped calls, but it has cleared out now. I used to run out of battery service before the end of the day, but now is doing fine, and my calls are not being interrupted and disconnected.

I purchased this product from this seller and the phone only worked for about 2 days and then it wouldn't charge at all anymore, i took the phone in to the sprint store to see if they could do anything about the phone and the sales rep told me that the USB port was completely damaged and that was the reason for the phone not being able to charge and even asked me if i would like to give the phone in to have it recycled because it was not repairable.

phone is advertised as GSM but is not so now my Sim Card cannot fit which means i have lost my money cause i cant use this phone

I am very happy with my order. I love the phone, it came on time, and it came with everything I wanted... except a memory card. That would have been nice. But I wasn't promised one, was I? Overall I am very satisfied.
