This product was not compatible with my Sprint Mogul phone; the pin connection is different and requires an adapter, which defeats the whole purpose of the dock.
I have returned this product and am waiting for my refund.

When I first received my package I notice how much I got for the price, a base with built in USB Cord, A/C adapter and a rapid car charger. My Sprint Mogul worked and connected well without any issues. I recommend this charging base. 1. for the price, 2. this will prevent any damage to the phone from laying on your desk i.e camera lens.
