Sprite: Between Two Worlds [VHS]

If you're ofended by sex films (live action or animated,) or are under 18, this is not the film for you. But anyone eles should definetly watch this film! It's about a young girl, Manami, who is in her first year of college and the boy her age, Tarue, (at least, that's how I think you spell his name,) who stays at her house while his mom is in the hospidal. As he soon finds out after arriving there, Manami actually has a second personallity-one that has remained dormant for over ten years. This other persona, calling herself Nami, finally surfices one day when Manami is being assaulted by some girl bullies at school. While Manami is shy and timid and vulnerable, Nami is aggressive and a good fighter, which certinly comes in handy at times. Tarue soon finds that by simply calling out,"Nami", it triggers the shift in personalities, and she returns to being Manami the next morning. And while Manami is also the good, virgial type, Nami is sexually aggressive, as well. The dub cast all do a fine job, particularly Tara Jayne as (Ma)Nami.

The movie is ok. It would have been better though if I would have gotten it in the dubbed version. But over all the movie was pretty cool. :)
