Teeth cleaning showed the difference
My Dental Hygienist recommend mints/gum/toothpaste with Xylito for it's reduction in plaque buildup and bacteria in the mouth. After 4 months using the mints, I got a gold star from my Hygienist. No Principals
This is just a mint, and not a very good mint. It's candy. The container is quite inconvenient. It has no effect on dry mouth at all. Might as well be lifesavers.

My Dental Hygienist recommend mints/gum/toothpaste with Xylito for it's reduction in plaque buildup and bacteria in the mouth. After 4 months using the mints, I got a gold star from my Hygienist. Much less plaque buildup. From a product standpoint - the packaging is very inconvenient. I prefer something that is compact and easy to open while driving. From a product standpoint, I prefer Altoids Smalls as a mint, but the Spry mints are tasty enough for me if it will help with dental hygiene.
