This is essentially very good and profesionaly producedalbum by Fran Duval. Regardless to that the all songs, exept two, are in Germany, I found this a one of the best Duval music album.

Frank Duval truly is one of the best film music composers and a pioneer in creating musical atmospheres with electronic instruments. Many copied his unique melancholical style of composing and singing, but never reached his worldwide success, due to soundtracks for German TV series like "Derrick" or "Der Alte". This album presents a compilation of musical jewels from his career. The lyrics, most of them in English and some in German, were written by his wife, Kalina Maloyer. I have listened to their wonderful inspirations for more than 25 years and can only recommend listening to these deeply, truly felt and passionate themes. This 3-CD-album is full of highlights and worth every cent of its price.
