4.0 out of 5 stars All the spy genre classics and some lesser known gems!
Originally bought this because I needed a copy of the Mission Impossible theme. When I played the album I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was actually good music! I get some folks sticking their head in my office door - but no one has complained! Vikki Carr and Nancy Sinatra were particularly fun. Secret Agent Man is also a classic worth listening too a...

3.0 out of 5 stars A Bizarre Mix!
Trying to fill holes in a collection or replace old 45s should be easier.

There should have been a better way to get hold of Sock It To Em JB and I Spy For The FBI - but I didn't find it!

These two tracks alone were worth the purchase.

Anyone know how to get hold of Baby What I Mean by the Drifters?

I get some folks sticking their head in my office door - but no one has complained! Vikki Carr and Nancy Sinatra were particularly fun. Secret Agent Man is also a classic worth listening too a few times. If it had a few more of the J. Bond tracks, I'd give it five stars.

5.0 out of 5 stars This is a great album, June 30, 2005

I highly recommend this album. Everyone knows the James Bond and Mission:Impossible theme, but the others are less well known, but just as good. If you actually somehow stumbled upon this page without already having or wanting this, I would say you should buy it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Come Spy With Me, November 3, 2004

This review is from: Spy Magazine Presents, Vol. 1: Spy Music (Audio CD)
This is a good compilation of "spy" tunes from the 1960s, although "Peter Gunn" is from the 1950s and he's not a spy (he's a P.I.). Most of the best known "classic" spy tunes are here, including "Secret Agent Man", "Mission:Impossible", "Goldfinger", "Agent Double-O-Soul" and the "James Bond Theme". The lesser known songs also have some appeal, although "Sock It To 'Em J.B." and "99" are pretty silly. But it's all good fun. Fans of old spy movies and TV shows should get a kick out of it.
