My son was so excited about this toy that we gave it to him early instead of for Christmas. He loves it, but...1) Its battery dies quickly and we are constantly resetting the watch 2) We have not been able to download "missions" from the web site. We have contacted customer service each day for a week with no reply. My son thinks "HQ" is not responding... he must be a bad spy! (he's only 6) So - this is a cool concept, but it is poorly executed. The product is cheap and the extended web functions are not as advertised. I definitely would not recommend this product.

My 8 year old was so excited to get this watch early Nov. 2011. Unfortunately we have been unable to download the promised missions from the website. The interface for SpyNet Field Office and the website has apparently completed changed from 1.0. After much searching on the web we have found no solution. We have downloaded the app from the website and can see the photos/video/audio files on the watch just fine. But the missions tab on the app is completely blank and there is no way to download them. There is no "download missions" button on either the app or the SpyNetHQ website. I have read the instructions and the website FAQ and they both refer to buttons and tabs that are simply not there. Extremely frustrating. There is no "Secret Text Missions" portion of the website as stated in the instructions. My son seems to enjoy the other features of the watch but he's very disappointed that he can't do the missions. Battery life is also very short. Hopefully the company will work out the bugs soon. If I were you, I would wait until the bugs are worked out before you buy this.

After trying for hours to get this watch to download missions I finally called the company only to find out the website is not yet compatible with the Night Vision Video Watch. There is nothing on the website that says this. The lady in customer service knew though. They should care enough to put an"Under Construction" sign up on their website. Frustrated beyond belief!!!

My kid bought this, he seems to love it. Took pictures of kids smoking at the bus stop. I don't think he realizes what kind of trouble this watch could get him in. The lie detector is 50% accurate on it. I could do better by guessing. The size of the item on a kids wrist is hard to describe. Its definitely a larger than a "normal" person would tolerate on their wrist. The kid enjoys it, so I guess its good. Be prepared to be irritated beyond belief with the purchase of this item for your juvenile.

Our 10y/o son got it yesterday. He was so excited to download missions but there doesn't seem to be any way to do this. Didn't buy it from Amazon (it was a gift from his Grandma) but see that there is a comment that this item isn't compatible with the website. Grrrr. Great concept but if SpyNet wants to appeal to kids in this age group, it's got to be WAY more user friendly and easy to use ALL the offerings stated on the package. I'll admit, it seems like FALSE ADVERTISING BY SPYNET! Unless they can get their website up and going by next Sunday, they will find themselves in a WORLD of hurt, I think.

I bought this watch for my 8 year old grandson for Christmas. He was so thrilled when he opened the present. I would have rated the toy with 4 or possibly 5 stars had the SpyNetHQ website had their act together. My grandson played with the watch for 2 days mastering as many of the features as he could on his own without interacting with the related software. It wasn't until we logged into SpyNetHQ.com to download the app and start interfacing with its intended software that my grandson started to get really frustrated with the watch and began to lose interest in it. The level of frustration with understanding how to get the SpyNet Field Office software to interact with the watch was extremely high for both me and my grandson. The SpyNetHQ.com website was useless as was information found on the Internet. Other reviews on Amazon were the most helpful because it was clear that other consumers were having the exact same problem uploading and downloading data (picture, videos, missions, etc.) between the watch and the SpyNet Field Office software. SpyNetHQ.com fell way short of meeting cunsumers satisfaction simply because they released a version of the watch (hardware) without releasing the related application (software) to support the watch. Hopefully I can get my grandson interested in the watch again once SpyNetHQ.com gets their act together. If not, I'll simply return the watch for a refund. SHAME ON YOU SpyNetHQ.com!!!

We bought this for my son's birthday and he loves it. The problem is he can hardly ever use it. The battery won't fully charge no matter what we do..so one video playback and it's done for the day and has to recharge again. We paid the full price but I see it is on sale for $16. Until they fix the battery life, it's still not worth it.

My 10 year old has been going on and on about this even before he got it and every day after. All his cousins follow him around to see his watch and make a video or record their sounds. He has soooo much fun with this. We haven't tried downloading anything or using this on the computer except to charge it, but have not needed to since he is happy erasing the old videos to make new videos. He plays with it every day.

GARBAGE. WOULD BARELY CHARGE, didn't work. What a disappointment for my sons on Christmas. Returned these with the quickness. Do not buy. Awful. Maybe the worst purchase I have ever made.
