I had been looking for a voice recorder that could record voip calls made from a vonage phone. If you search the internet you will find various packet sniffing software that have to be installed on a computer on the same network as the phone adapter through a hub. It is next ti impossible to get it working. I came upon this little device that is worth every penny.
It comes with an adapter that hooks upto the voip adapter and to an input on the device. Every time you answer teh phone or call out the device starts to record automatically. When you hang up it stops recording hence saving battery. It comes with proprietary software that runs on windows which helps capture all recordings into your computer via included USB cable. You can preview recordings or convert them to .wav format for archiving. I love this little device. Works like a charm. Great for usual landline recordings also. In addition they send you a mic recorder with it that can be used to capture any audible sound and is very very sensitive. |
