SpyBoy was a comic book series that Dark Horse ran from 1999-2004. This book, SpyBoy #1 collects SpyBoy numbers 1 to 3, and introduces the characters of Alex Fleming (also known as (but not to himself) Spyboy) and Bombshell.

As with the other books in the series, the story in this one is quite interesting, with lots and lots of great action. Also, as you will expect, there are lots of images of large-chested women in skimpy clothes – well, they don’t call her Bombshell for nothing.

Overall, I found it to be quite good. As I said, the action is great, and the story believable and exciting. The skimpy-outfit angle is sure to please the teenage reader, but thankfully it never goes over-the-top. Who knows, maybe we’ll see some new SpyBoy stories someday.
