Bought this after being out of paintball for awhile I wanted a good midrange marker for all around paintballing. I have now used this for a 6 hour day at a local paintball park. Great marker with good rate of fire. Once I had chronographed it, I had no problems. I had heard that spyders run hot but it took several adjustment to get it up to 280fps. I definitely recommend getting a motorized hopper to make use of speed ramp. Great for beginners or midlevel players.

This was a very good package. It was easy to set-up and fun to use. I couldn't have asked for a better gun. There were only a couple of issues. 1) Thankfully I checked the electronic handle the night before I played because the battery was not included. 2) The harness was way too big and it couldn't be adjusted anymore.

We got this paintball marker set for my son for his birthday. It is the first paintball marker we've purchased although he used rental equipment when he played previously. He has played paintball with it once since he got it and loves the marker. He was the best shooter on his team and his opponents were saying it was because of his gun instead of his skill ;-). The marker is light weight and easy to assemble. Apparently it is pretty accurate too. The carrying case is a padded, soft sided, thin zip container that only fits the marker. The harness belt broke the first time we put it on, but the vendor quickly replaced it and the new one has held up much better. This gun can run on CO2 or compressed air. This kit comes with a CO2 tank. At the paintball park where my son plays, it takes longer to fill the CO2 tank than the compressed air tanks. The tank also arrives empty.

This turned out to be a great starter paintball marker set for my son. The price was reasonable, especially compared to some of the other markers. It has everything you need to get started playing paintball except the paintballs. Based on many of the other reviews, it seems that the marker will be good even as he becomes an intermediate player. My son loved the gift.

I am just getting into the sport and on the surface this looks like a good package to buy. However after playing for a day I tore the ammo pack beyond repair, all the padding inside the mask came off (not a huge deal, it's actually not that uncomfortable) and I went through 2 o-rings on the quick connect side of the remote tank tube. The marker case is pretty good and the CO2 tank lasts me about 2000 rounds (good for a day).

The marker is OK, when I put the marker on the chronograph at the field to adjust the speed, we couldn't get the paintballs over about 250 fps. A little slow which drops my range a bit but not a huge deal. I haven't really spent time trying to figure out why it was shooting so slow, but I suspect some regulator adjustments and I'll be good. I did have a few paintballs explode in the barrel, though I'm not sure if they were chopped by the bolt or if they just rubbed in the barrel and exploded because it wasn't a consistent chop, maybe 1 out of every 25 or 30.

The mask is cheap quality, but functional. As I said before the padding inside the mask came off as I just sweated the adhesive to oblivion. This wasn't that big of an issue, I was able to play fairly comfortably for another 2 hours with no padding above the eyes. The mask took a few solid hits to the lens with no scratches or cracks (VERY IMPORTANT). So while it isn't a top of the line Empire or Dye mask, it definitely did its job.

The ammo pack seemed great at the start when I first loaded it up. However with a full CO2 tank and 6 full tubes of paint it is very heavy. It will definitely slow you down, but this is a trade off in speed ball, mobility or ammo. I eventually destroyed the ammo pack in a game of capture the flag after it got caught in an opening in a fort because it stuck out so far from my body. It could have been better quality but I also was playing very rough with it.

The extension tube is great, really useful. However the first o-ring that it came with had a scratch in it so it leaked a lot of CO2 out. I replaced the o-ring and it worked fine but after disconnecting it to change the battery in my gun the o-ring fell out and I had to complete the next few rounds with the tank on the back of the gun (not a huge deal).

The manual hopper is kind of useless with this gun, it cannot keep the gun fed even in semi-automatic.

The marker case is great, comes with Velcro straps to hold the marker in place, seems decent enough quality though it is made in Pakistan.

The ammo tubes are of average quality, nothing special, but they work.

The tank seems pretty decent, just be careful if you fire off a lot of rounds quickly, the tank will get VERY cold and could give you frostbite very quickly if you aren't careful. This is the nature of CO2 and has nothing to do with the construction of the tank.

The kit also comes with oil and a squeegee, nothing special about these things. They kind of just work.

It's got it all but I would not use Co2 for this gun, as it's hard on the seals but its rated for both HPA and Co2. Gun is louder than a ion / smartparts marker but the price is right and the gun looks loads better!!! , mask is ok not great but it didn't fog all that much, belt is ok but the straps for your tank aren't lined up well. PLUS the gun bag is made in Pakistan, I don't wish to support the middle east so be aware. all in all fast shipping from amazon!

Just receieved the gun today. It's a very nice looking gun but pretty much everything except for the gun, coil, and bag is basically useless. It's all low quality and that means it will more than likely break in the first couple of days. I have already broken 1 O ring on my co2 tank and still cant figure out how to set the gun up all of the way for it to shoot. The problem that may keep the gun from shooting for me is that when the O ring broke on my tank, ALOT of co2 was released and i just bought 5.00 worth 10 minutes ago. So if you arent really into spending a whole lot of money or dealing with problems that come up, i wouldnt really recommended this gun.
