09 Spyder PILOT Paintball Marker Gun SNIPER Set - Black

Just recently got the paintball spyder pilot package. Everything is up to par except the gun bag portrayed in the picture is NOT the gun bag that i received. It is for a sniper rifle airsoft gun. Aside from this all is working well.

This is a great piece of equipment as long as you HAVE AN ELECTRONIC FEEDER. The only set back is that it chops paint horribly without the electronic feeder.

I bought this item for my husband for Christmas, and it was a hit! It fires well...and fast! My husband has only used it a couple of times so far, and he enjoys it.

I will break down every item:

SPYDER 09' with Eyes: The marker is awesome for beginners and intermidiate pleayers. I get about 25 bps using the Ragesonic hopper and am very happy with the performance. I have yet to chop a ball and it is very acurate with an after market 14" barrel. The stock barrel is horrible for accuracy and velocity. It is easy to take apart and clean and the Tadao circuit board is easy to use. The adjustable trigger also helped me feel more comfortable with a rapid trigger pull.

MASK: The mask is cheap and a little uncomfortable. I used is once, and it did the job, but I would reccommend a better quality mask. No fogging issues but the foam starting coming off and warped after one use.

BAG: The bag only fits the marker, stock barrel, and my agter market 14" barrel. It is good for that but will not fit anything else. I reccommend the AVI Player Cargo Bag. Good price and literally fits everything (see my review on Amazon).

HOPPER: This is obvious. If you are using any gravity hopper, you will get a poor rate of fire and you will never get the full capability of the SPYDER's rapid fire ability. Go with an after market electronic feeder.

BELT: The belt is extremely uncomfortable and you have to tighted it so much, just to keep it from moving and follow below your hips, that the buckle hurts your stomach. It is also very cheaply made. I can see this ripping very easily. I went with a neoprene waist band and am very hapy with it.

TANK: The tank is standard and will work fine if you like CO2. I personally prefer compressed air for reliability and conveneince during play. it is also better for your marker in the long run.

REMOTE: this is the only item I have yet to upgrade. it works fine. I use a very large compressed air tank (Guerilla 62/3000) so I prefer using a remote to having such a large tank directly attahced to the marker. Typically, you only want a remote for model type guns, like Tippmans, but I love using it. Just not that great for speedball.

All-in-all, I have now replaced, and upgraded, just about about everything in this package. If you are buying this for a kid who has never played, it is not so bad. But if you feel like you will end up playing more than a couple times, just buy everything separately because you will end up replacing this junk very soon. The gun is great and I would reccommend it to any beginner or intermediate player.

This is a very BAD paintball gun. The gun retails for only 80$ and the extras make you buy it. iv'e had it for about 2 months and it dosen't work it shoots terrible it chops like a B***h. i wish i did not get this gun grab a Dangerous power Gun as your first one you WILL NOT regret it that is what i am getting
