This book is a must for anyone heading for college. I was so caught up in what the college was going to expect of me that I forgot about what I should expect from them. "Spying on the College of Your Choice" helped me ask the right questions and pick the right school for me.

There are literally hundreds of books and websites out there that purport to tell you how to find the right college. Yet, when you take a closer look, most of them focus more on telling you how to get into college, than how to determine if a particular school is someplace where you can be happy, challenged, and comfortable. Spying on the College of Your Choice does an excellent job of filling prospective students and their parents in on the types of questions they need to be asking as educational consumers.

we are so concerned about qualifying for, and being accepted in, a particular college that we forget we are talking about making a commitment to spend the next four years of our lives in a place we really know little about other than its reputation. this book provides an opportunity to fill that void and to maximize the chances of enjoying and getting the most out of those four years, educationally and socially. i've seen no other books of this type anywhere, and i recommend it highly!
