This review is from: Spyker 54 Commercial-Grade 55-Pound Walk-Behind Broadcast Spreader (Lawn & Patio)
I just received this spreader today and spent more time than anticipated assembling it. The directions are pretty straight forward but not 100% accurate for the Model 54 and the illustrations are small. Other than that, it seems to be of quality justifying the price. Time will tell.

I had a Craftsman cylindrical metal broadcast spreader (long since no longer made, of course!!!) that I purchased in 1975 that I gave away in 2007 thinking I would reward myself and "upgrade" to an Earthway. What a POS the Earthway is!!! After two (maybe three) seasons, it went to the curb for garbage pick-up. One of the legs had rusted almost in two to the point it bent about 30 degrees. No way to fix it.

If this Spyker lasts 1/3 the time my Craftsman did, I will be happy with it. I would have bought another one like my original Craftsman at the same price as the Spyker it it were still available.
