This product is well made and fairly easy to assemble, the only part I had any problem with was putting a cotter pin in the axle to hold the wheel on. It requires two people because the fit is so tight. Works excellent and is easy to adjust.

Very nice unit. Commercial grade it is. Well built, a bit difficult to assemble. It is tougher to use a broadcast versus a drop spreader, need some trial and error practice. Once you have that figured out, this unit saves a lot of time. I would recommend this product if you have a large piece of property and frequently need a piece of equipment. Otherwise, you might be able to get away with a less expensive unit.

I just bought this unit at my local landscape supply house for use on my 1 acre lawn. I have used walk behinds and other poorly designed units from lesser companies. None of them even come close to the even spread and ease of use that this unit provides. I am very happy with the purchase so far. The unit is very well made and I love the nice positively adjusting system to control the feed rate. It uses a short cable to turn on and off the flow of fertilizer, but the secret is in the mechanism. Stainless hardware and nylon parts thoughout mean this will last a lifetime, given proper maintenance and care.
