This is a large piece of furniture which should have been carefully packaged before shipping. Unfortunately it was not. The legs are a complete puzzle which need to be resolved before one can attach them to the table top. The veneer (and it is definitely a thin veneer) is almost non-existent. So thin--and very easily scratched by the slightest touch like a fingernail when placing magazines atop? The only reason I gave this one star is for the color. This was and is beautiful. Save your money...
